Conditions for shopping at Np Beauty ApS

Shipment

When you have ordered one or more items and the order and payment have been completed, your item will be posted within 5 working days (except Sat. Sun. and public holidays).
Should the package not appear as expected, you must contact your nearest post office and ask for it, it sometimes happens that it is waiting for collection without the recipient having received a collection slip.

NOTE: Look carefully to see if you should have received a collection slip, and be sure that the address on your mailbox is the same as the one you made your order to.

If we receive the package back, you will of course hear from us.

None of the information entered during a transaction is passed on or sold to third parties.

Our entire website is encrypted with "HTTPS" security. When you are forwarded to our payment window, it is "SSL" encrypted and therefore you can be sure that your entered information will never be shared with anyone else, not even ourselves.

Right of return

You have 14 days right of return, during which you must pay the postage for the return freight yourself. Please enclose name and invoice number with returned goods. All goods MUST be returned in original and undamaged packaging, i.e. Possibly. boxes must be in the same condition as on receipt. Various fuses/stickers must be intact.

The refund of the item will be made within 5 days of receipt of the returned item.

If problems arise or anything else, you are always welcome to contact me. I am only interested in fully satisfied customers. There is a solution to every problem.

Right of complaint

In accordance with the legislation on online trading, there is of course a right of complaint.

Reservation

We reserve the right for price errors/typing errors, price changes and out-of-stock items.

I cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website accurately reflect the colors the product actually has. It can, among other things, depending on your computer settings.
